サンフォード氏は米国の商用不動産市場で25年以上の経験があり、これまでKilroy Realty Corporationの執行副社長のほか、Lowe Enterprises、Equity Office Properties、Spieker Propertiesの要職を歴任した。サンフォード氏は不動産キャリア中、600万平方フィート余りの開発を含む60億ドル以上の投資活動に責任を持っていた。CFLD (US) Inc.のCEOとして全米拠点拡大の責任を担い、現地の戦略と運営を担当して市場開発、チーム拡大の指揮を執る。

- Real estate executive, Mike Sanford, announced as CEO of CFLD (US) Inc.

CFLD International, a global leader in integrated urban development, today

announced the appointment of Michael L. Sanford (Mike Sanford) as Chief

Executive Officer (CEO) of its United States (U.S.) business division, CFLD

(US) Inc.

Sanford has over 25 years of experience in the U.S. commercial real estate

markets, and previously served as Executive Vice President at Kilroy Realty

Corporation, as well as held other key positions at Lowe Enterprises, Equity

Office Properties, and Spieker Properties. Over the course of his real estate

career, Sanford has been responsible for over USD6 billion of investment

activity that included over six million square feet of development. As CEO of

CFLD (US) Inc., he will be responsible for growing the company's footprint

throughout the U.S., where he will be in charge of the local strategy and

operations, as well as spearhead market development and team expansion.

a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.
