CFLD (Singapore) Investment Pte Ltd、ブルネイ政府、Darussalam Assetsは、CFLD Internationalの革新的な新産業都市モデルを活用して、ブルネイの経済特区を開発する戦略的な官民提携覚書（MOU）に3者が調印したと発表した。

ブルネイ政府は経済成長促進を図り、高学歴、高スキルの国民、質の高い生活、活力ある持続的経済の達成を目指す長期開発計画「ブルネイ・ビジョン2035」に着手した。

MOUの下、3者は共同で経済特区に投資して開発する。経済特区はジュルドン海岸、ツンク地区の約40平方キロに広がる地域で、CFLD Internationalが主導して新産業都市モデルとして開発される。

("Brunei Government") and Darussalam Assets Sdn Bhd ("Darussalam Assets") are

pleased to announce that the three entities have signed a Memorandum of

Understanding ("MOU") to enter into a strategic public-private partnership for

the development of a Special Economic Zone in Brunei Darussalam using CFLD

International's innovative new industry city model.

launched a long-term development plan, known as "Brunei Vision 2035", aimed at

Finance Corporation. Darussalam Assets was established in 2012 to own

Under the MOU, the parties will jointly co-invest and develop the Special
