2017年5月17日、スウェーデン・ストックホルムにて- Enea(R)（NASDAQ OMX Nordic:ENEA）は本日、EneaのマルチコアOS「Enea OS」を使用するXilinx(R) Zynq(R) UltraScale+(TM) MPSoC（マルチプロセッサSoC）デバイス向けの新しいBSP（ボード・サポート・パッケージ）を発表しました。新しいBSPは、定評のあるZynq UltraScale+ ZCU102ボードをサポートすることにより、ソフトウェア・アプリケーション開発を効率化します。
Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoCは、ARM(R)のマルチコア・プロセッサを搭載した高性能All Programmable SoC デバイスのファミリーであり、プログラマブル・ロジックなグラフィック・ユニットとビデオ・コーデック・ユニットをオプションで統合することで、クリティカルなアプリケーションの負荷を軽減します。UltraScale+ MPSoCデバイス・ファミリーは、有線/無線通信、車載、航空宇宙・防衛など、特にコンピューティング集約型のプロセッシング・アプリケーションを利用する分野をターゲットとしています。
Enea OSEは、単一のOSイメージにもかかわらず、リニアなマルチコア・パフォーマンスを提供する珍しい構造を持ったOSです。低レイテンシ・低ジッタ、低オーバーヘッドにより、ユーザー・スペース・アプリケーションに対して、Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoCデバイスはパフォーマンスをフルに発揮できます。

Enea(R) (NASDAQ OMX Nordic:ENEA) today announced a new board support package
(BSP) for Xilinx(R) Zynq(R) UltraScale+(TM) multiprocessor system-on-chip
(MPSoC) devices in Enea's multicore operating system Enea(R) OSE. The new BSP
supports the popular Zynq UltraScale+ ZCU102 board, offering streamlined
software application development.
Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC is a family of high performance all programmable
system-on-chip devices featuring multicore ARM(R) processors together with
programmable logic and optional graphics and video codec units for offloading
critical applications. The UltraScale+ MPSoC family of devices targets
applications in wired and wireless communication, automotive, and aerospace and
defense, among other industries with compute intensive processing applications.
Enea OSE provides linear multicore scalability for a single image. With
extremely low latency and jitter, and minimal processing overhead, it enables
the full performance of the Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC devices to user space
applications.
