認定と質の改善に関するJCIのプラクティカムを9月に東京で開催

プラクティカムは新しい「病院の認定標準第6版」（Accreditation Standards for Hospitals, 6th Edition）（http://www.jointcommissioninternational.org/jci-accreditation-standards-for-hospitals-6th-edition/?ref=JCIPR ）に集中して認定を取得するのに必要な基礎知識を提供する。同版の電子コピーが参加者に提供される。JCIファカルティーがリードするセッションにはグループ体験、ディスカッションが含まれ、地元のJCI認定の2病院、順天堂大学病院（http://www.juntendo.ac.jp/hospital/global/english/?ref=JCIPR）と三井記念病院（https://www.mitsuihosp.or.jp/e/?ref=JCIPR ）でのオフサイトの模擬調査が含まれる。プラクティカムは英語で行われ、日本語の同時通訳が提供される。

Joint Commission International's (JCI) (

International Practicum on Accreditation and Quality Improvement (

) will be held 11-15 September, in Tokyo, Japan. The practicum is designed for

hospitals and academic medical centers considering accreditation or preparing

for an initial survey, as well as for newly accredited organizations, quality

managers and staff involved in JCI survey preparation.

The practicum will provide the foundational knowledge needed to achieve

accreditation with a focus on the new "Accreditation Standards for Hospitals,

6th edition (

)." Electronic copies of this edition will be provided to attendees. Sessions,

led by JCI faculty, will include group exercises and discussions, and off-site

simulated surveys at two local JCI-accredited hospitals: Juntendo University

practicum will be presented in English and simultaneous Japanese translation
