【ウィーン（オーストリア）2017年9月13日PR Newswire＝共同通信JBN】ContourGlobal Power Holdings S.A.は、2017年9月6日に新たな5000万ユーロの企業リボルビングクレジット信用枠（「新RCF」）に調印したと発表する。

新RCFは、2018年3月に満期となるこれまでの3000万ユーロ企業リボルビングクレジット信用枠に代わるものだ。新RCFはBNPパリバとゴールドマン・サックスが供給し、2020年9月に満期となる。

ContourGlobal Closes New EUR50 Million Corporate Revolving Credit Facility

VIENNA, Sept. 13, 2017 /PRNewswire=KYODO JBN/ --

ContourGlobal Power Holdings S.A. announces that it has signed a new EUR50

million corporate revolving credit facility (the "New RCF") on September 6,

2017.  

The New RCF replaces the previous $30 million corporate revolving credit

facility, which was due to mature in March 2018. The New RCF will mature in

September 2020 and was provided by BNP Paribas and Goldman Sachs.
