スターウッドの現在および今後の提携投資は、欧州、北米、アジアを中心とするYOTELの急速な世界展開を加速する。また、YOTELがブランド特性を強化して地理的に拡大し、YOTELの革新的なゲスト体験を高めることにも一役買う。スターウッドはすでに、エディンバラ、グラスゴー、アムステルダムの中心地を確保しており、これらはYOTELとして2019年までに開業する見通しである。

YOTEL Announces $250 Million Strategic Partnership With Starwood Capital Group

Starwood Capital Group ("Starwood"), a leading global private investment firm,

has committed to making a strategic investment of $250 million in YOTEL,

including acquiring a 30 percent stake in the company and investing in real

estate acquisitions for new build, hotel conversion and adaptive reuse

properties as YOTEL expands its international scale.
