APCSCRM 2018会議では、材料成長、材料構造および物性、光電子デバイスおよびパワーデバイス、関連機器を含む広バンドギャップ材料（SiC、GaN、AlN、ダイヤモンド、 Ga2O3など）に関するトピックに焦点を当てる予定で、産業界－大学－研究機関の協力とコミュニケーションを大幅に強化することになる広範な交流が実施される。われわれは、APCSCRM 2018がアジア太平洋地域における広バンドギャップ半導体材料とデバイスの学術研究、技術進歩、産業発展を推進する上で重要な役割を演じると信じている。

In recent years, silicon carbide and other wide bandgap semiconductors have

become the strategic commanding point of competition in global high-tech field

and a hotspot in worldwide semiconductor and materials industry. The wide

The international conference of ICSCRM (International Conference on Silicon

Carbide and Related Materials) and ECSCRM (European Conference on Silicon

(Institute of physics of Chinese academy of sciences) and Beijing Ceramic

The APCSCRM 2018 conference will focus on topics related to wide-bandgap

materials (such as SiC, GaN, AlN, diamond, Ga2O3 etc.), including research

development and application of Materials Growth, Materials structure & physical

properties, Optoelectronic & power devices and related equipments. Extensive

exchanges will be carried out which will greatly enhance

industry-university-research cooperation and communication. We believe APCSCRM

2018 will play a significant role in promoting the academic research,
