【深セン（中国）2018年6月11日PR Newswire＝共同通信JBN】Heaven Springs Dynasty Harvest Group副会長のミャオ・ゲンシュウ（MIAO Gengshu）氏はこのほど、同グループの年央株主総会でウン・ツヤン・イリス会長との間で株式引き受けに関する契約を締結した。同契約は、China Minmetals Corporation元社長のミャオ・ゲンシュウ氏が同グループの子会社Heaven Springs Dynasty Harvest Atmospheric Water Generation Technology (China) Limitedの保有株式を拡大することを正式に表明している。また、中国人民政治協商会議（CPPCC）外務委員会の元副委員長ロー・マンツエン（LO Man-tuen）博士も同子会社の保有株式を拡大するという。この結果、6月までの最新の取引での1株当たり価格によると、同社は計25億香港ドルの価値を有することになる。

ミャオ・ゲンシュウ氏はこれまでに、China Minmetals Corporation社長、Sinotrans& CSC Holdings Co., Ltd.会長、およびChina Council for International Investment Promotion（中国国債投資促進委員会）委員長を務めた。ミャオ氏は世界の金属業界の偉人トップ20人の1人に選ばれたことがある。1997年から2004年までのChina Minmetals Group社長時代に、同社の売上高は26億米ドルから150億米ドルに拡大した。そのほか、同氏は中国工商銀行（ICBC）監事、China Tietong Telecom Group（中国鉄通集団）の社外取締役をそれぞれ務めた。ミャオ氏は中国で社外取締役として国有企業の会長を務めた初めての人物となった。

Recently, Vice Chairman of Heaven Springs Dynasty Harvest Group MIAO Geng-shu

has signed a share subscription agreement with Chairman Datin Sri NG Tsz-yan

Irys in mid-year shareholder meeting of the Group, which formally stated that

MIAO Gengshu, Former President of China Minmetals Corporation, increasing his

share of Heaven Springs Dynasty Harvest Atmospheric Water Generation Technology

(China) Limited, a subsidiary of the Group. It is reported that, Dr. LO

Man-tuen, Former Deputy Director of Foreign Affairs Committee of CPPCC, had

also increased his holdings of shares of the same company. As a result, the

Company is worth HK$2.5 billion, according to the price per share of the latest

transaction until June.

Mr. MIAO Geng-shu was President of China Minmetals Corporation, Chairman of

Sinotrans & CSC Holdings Co., Ltd. and President of China Council for

International Investment Promotion. Mr. MIAO was selected as one of the top 20

global metal giants. During his tenure in China Minmetals Group, from 1997 to

2004, the group's turnover increased from 2.6 billion U.S. dollars to 15

billion U.S. dollars. Besides, he was a supervisor of ICBC and an outside

director of China Tietong Telecom Group. He was the first person who chaired a

Dr. LO Man-tuen GBS JP was Deputy Director of Foreign Affairs Committee of
