ハーマンソン氏は、事業計画や企業転換プロジェクト、事業開発、多国籍企業戦略の全般で素晴らしい指導力を発揮した経歴を持ちFMCに加わる。スイスのアルストム（Alstom）での機械技師を皮切りに20年にわたる国際的ビジネス経験を持っている。2007年、一流の世界的農業関連企業Archer Daniels Midland Co.に入社、一般管理、商業事業開発、戦略、転換、合併後の統合プロセスの面で役割を果した。ごく最近はCoca-Cola Amatil（コカ・コーラ・アマティル）でGrowth and Collaboration（成長と協力）のディレクターとして働いた。

FMC Announces Appointment of Kristina Hermanson as Country Manager, FMC Australasia

FMC Corporation (NYSE: FMC) today announced that Kristina Hermanson has been

appointed Country Manager for FMC Australasia.  She will lead the Australia and

New Zealand businesses and report to Bethwyn Todd, FMC Asia Pacific President

and Vice President of FMC Agricultural Solutions.

Hermanson joins FMC with an impressive leadership background across commercial

planning, company transformation projects, business development, and strategy

for multinational corporations.  She has 20 years of international business

experience, beginning as a mechanical engineer with Alstom in Switzerland.  In

2007, Hermanson joined Archer Daniels Midland Co., a leading global

agribusiness firm, and held roles across general management, commercial and

business development, strategy, transformation and post-merger integration

processes.  Most recently, she served as Director of Growth and Collaboration

at Coca-Cola Amatil.

the Asia Pacific regions, including the past five years in Australia," Todd
