Steve Barakatt and Abaca Group Inc. are pleased to announce the conclusion of a

record deal with British singer, songwriter, and actor Piera Van de Wiel.

Her first single, "It's Complicated," featuring Steve Barakatt on piano is

being released worldwide today. "The first time I heard her voice, I

immediately felt that she had something unique. Piera's voice is reminiscent of

classic romance, it's warm and vibrant, with a modern twist. Our first writing

session led to a very cinematic song that I am very pleased to share with the

world," says Steve Barakatt.
