Ltd.（http://www.toppanleefung.com/ ）は1日、Merrill Communication（https://www.merrillcorp.com/en ）の取引・コンプライアンス事業（「資本市場・コンプラアンス」と表記）を戦略的に取得したと発表した。Merrillは、企業および、Merrill Bridge（TM）などのアドバイザー向けのSaaSコラボレーティブソフトウエアとフルサービスソリューション、業界をリードするXBRL向けSaaSソリューション、およびコンプライアンス関係書類配布、文書作成、電子申請、プロジェクト管理、時間的制約のあるコンプライアンス・取引関係申請書類の配布に関するサービスを提供する世界的リーダーである。Merrillの資本市場・コンプライアンス事業はToppan Vintageのグルーバルなファイナンシャルプリンティング、コミュニケーション、テクノロジー部門の一部となる。

今回の取得には北米、欧州・中東・アフリカ、インド、アジア太平洋にあるMerrillの多くのオフィスが含まれている。合併後は、幅広いグローバル専門知識を活用して、カスタマイズされたSaaSソフトウエアとフルサービスソリューションを通じて、テクノロジードリブンのサービスと高品質の顧客体験の提供に注力する方針である。

今回の取得はToppan Vintageの現在の成長戦略に基づいて進められた。Toppan Vintageは2017年3月、かつてPRニュースワイヤーの1部門で、資本市場、企業サービス、機関サービス、ファンドサービスにおける法規制コンプライアンス関連のプロバイダーであるVintageを買収した。Vintage買収はToppan Vintageの世界拠点および法令順守顧客ベースの拡大を強化した。

The joint organization will ultimately be known as Toppan Merrill, reflecting
