ODEM, IBO Partner to Provide Digital Credentials to Refugees

forces with the InternetBar.org Institute ( https://www.internetbar.org/ ) and

leveraging blockchain technology to provide displaced populations with

digitized educational records. Collaboration with the IBO will use cutting-edge
