Blockchain Seoul 2018が2018年9月16日から19日まで、韓国最大の会議場の1つであるCOEXで開催される。

ソウル市が後援するBlockchain Seoul 2018はKorean National Assembly of the 4th Industrial Revelution ForumがMoney Today Media Group、ZDNet、Korea Blockchain Association（韓国ブロックチェーン協会）とともに組織する。

Blockchain Seoul 2018はB7サミット、B7 CEOサミット、Blockchain EXPOの3大イベントが呼び物だ。

Blockchain 7の略称であるB7はスイス、エストニア、リトアニア、シンガポール、韓国などブロックチェーンの優れた事業とテクノロジーを持つ7カ国のことである。スイスからはCVA Regulatory & Policy Working Groupのセシリア・ミュラー・チェン氏、Estonian Crypto Association（エストニア・クリプト協会）のアッセ・サーガ氏、リトアニア経済省副大臣（政府CIO）のエリジャス・シビリス氏、Singapore FinTech Association（シンガポール・フィンテック協会）会長のチア・ホック・ライ氏が9月18日に参加する。

17日のB7 CEOサミットでは世界で7つの最も強力なブロックチェーンプロジェクトを目玉として産業革新を促進する最新の開発状況と考え方について学ぶ。講演者はTezosのキャスリーン・ブライトマン氏とOasis Labsのドーン・ソン教授で、新たに発足したブロックチェーン新興企業を支援して業界を結束させる知見と知識を共有する。

B7 CEO Summit held on the 17th features the world's 7 most powerful blockchain
