「重要な飛躍」のための9年－無錫のIoT開発は飛躍的進歩を遂げる

【南京（中国）2018年9月14日新華社＝共同通信JBN】中国のインターネット・オブ・シングス（IoT）の最新の成果を披露する重要なプラットフォームの「2018 World Internet of Things Expo（2018年世界インターネット・オブ・シングス・エキスポ）」が9月15日から18日まで開催される。Chinese Academy of Sciences and Engineering（中国科学技術院）の30人以上の学術関係者、多数の海外学術関係者、世界のトップ500企業の35社が無錫に集結する。何年もの開拓期を経てIoTは無錫の「真珠」となった。2017年、IoT産業の営業利益は2437億元と江蘇省全体の営業利益の2分の1に迫った。

IoTは、コンピューター、インターネットに続く「第3の波」とみなされている。センサー研究およびIC業界の技術の蓄積のおかげで、無錫は2009年に「Experience China」センターを構築するよう指定された。予備調査を経て、無錫のIoT開発は2015年に大幅に加速した。過去3年間、IoTとクラウド・コンピューティングやビッグデータなどの新たなIT産業との収束により、無錫は一連の新たな製品およびテクノロジーを出現させた。

無錫ではナローバンドIoTが公共施設とインテリジェント都市向けに敷設されている。地下駐車場では、容易に自分の車の位置を見つけたり、空き駐車スペースを見つけたりすることが可能だ。現在、2000を超す企業と18万人以上の従業員が無錫でIoT関連事業に携わっている。

今年、無錫はIoTと製造業のネットワークの融合を深化させ続け、インテリジェント製造の診断を実施するための企業100社を組織することに重点を置いた。多くの企業が「インテリジェント生産」の快適さを味わった。Wuxi Daika Wheel Manufacturing Co., Ltd.の生産ラインの従業員数は800人から300人に削減され、従業員1人当たりの年間生産量は4300から1万に増加した。IoTは都市開発とも密接に統合されている。IoTの町・鴻山では太陽光発電スマートゴミ箱が各所に見られる。ゴミを捨てようとすると、ゴミ箱の回収口が開き自動的に脱臭を開始する。無錫は、21の国家級プロジェクトを含む、300以上のIoT利用デモンストレーション・プロジェクトを実施している。

Wuxi Commission of Economy and Information Technology（無錫経済・情報技術委員会）ディレクターのチョウ・ウエンドン氏は、IoTは無錫の経済発展の新たな遺伝子であり柱になったと述べた。今後、無錫は主要なテクノロジーとビジネスモデルのリーダーであり続けるだろう。

Nine years for "Pivotal Leap": the development of Wuxi IoT has a great breakthrough

As an important platform to showcase the latest achievements of China's

Internet of Things (IoT), the 2018 World Internet of Things Expo will be held

from September 15 to 18. More than 30 academicians of the Chinese Academy of

Sciences and Engineering, a number of foreign academicians and 35 companies of

Top 500 will gather in Wuxi. After years of cultivation, the IoT has become a

"Pearl" of Wuxi; in 2017, the industrial operating income was 243.7 billion

yuan, close to 1/2 of that of Jiangsu Province.

The IoT has been seen as the "third wave" after computers and the Internet.

Thanks to sensor research and the technological accumulation of the integrated

circuit industry, Wuxi was designated to build the "Experience China" center in

2009. After the preliminary exploration, Wuxi's IoT development accelerated

significantly in 2015. In the past three years, with the convergence of IoT and

new information technology industries such as cloud computing and big data,

Wuxi has emerged a series of new products and technologies.

The narrow band IoT has been covered in Wuxi for public utilities and

intelligent cities. In underground car parks, owners can easily locate their

cars or find empty parking spaces. Nowadays, there are over 2,000 enterprises

and 180,000 employees related to IoT in Wuxi.

This year, Wuxi continued to deepen the blend of IoT and manufacturing network,

and focused on organizing 100 companies to conduct intelligent manufacturing

diagnosis. Many companies have tasted the sweetness of "Intelligent

Production." The number of employees in the production line of Wuxi Daika Wheel

Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was reduced from 800 to 300 and the annual per capita

production increased from 4,300 to 10,000. The IoT is also closely integrated

into urban development. In the Hongshan IoT town, solar intelligent dustbin can

be seen everywhere. When garbage approaches, the dustbin door will open and

will start deodorization automatically. Wuxi has implemented over 300 IoT

application demonstration projects, including 21 national-level projects.

Zhou Wendong, director of the Wuxi Commission of Economy and Information

Technology, said that the IoT has become a new gene and pillar of Wuxi's

economic development. In the future, it will continue to be a leader in key

technologies and business models.
