SVXR, Inc. announced today the sale of the revolutionary X200 system to SHIIMA

Electronics Inc. of Japan.  The X200 combines unique high speed and high

sensitivity X-ray imaging hardware with advanced machine learning algorithms to

automatically identify packaging defects.  

Until now, defects such as fine pitch flip chip non-wets and aluminum wire bond

damage could only be identified through lengthy failure analysis processes.  

The X200 detects these abnormalities automatically and at high speed.
