中国内外の学者たちが文明間の相互学習を奨励する「Nishan Consensus」を達成

【曲阜（中国）2018年9月30日新華社＝共同通信JBN】第5回Nishan Forum on World Civilizations（第5回尼山世界文明フォーラム）は、すべての時代およびあらゆる国々での諸問題に関する30以上の「文明対話」を開催した後、9月27日午後、山東省曲阜で閉幕した。20超の国・地域からの263人の学者が、文明間の統合と相互学習は人類共通の未来のコミュニティー構築を促進するとのコンセンサスに達した。

山東省政府が主催する第5回Nishan Forumのテーマは「Integrated Progress, Shared Future: Integration of Civilizations toward a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind（統合された進歩、共有された未来：人類共通の未来を担うコミュニティーへの文明の統合）」だった。このメインテーマと並行して「The Belt and Road Initiative and Exploration of the Path to a Community of a Shared Future for Mankind（一帯一路構想と人類の共有する未来のコミュニティーへの道の探求）」、「Responsibility and Duty: Embracing the New Era of Human Civilization（責任と義務：新しい人類の文明の時代を受け入れる）」、「Protection of Cultural Heritage and a Community of Shared Future for Mankind（文化遺産の保護と人類の共有未来のコミュニティー）」の3つのサブテーマがあった。

「Chairman's Declaration on the Integration of Civilizations toward a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind（人類共通の未来を担うコミュニティーへの文明の統合に関する議長宣言）」が9月27日提出された。内外からの学者たちのコンセンサスを反映する同宣言は、世界の複雑な状況や世界的な問題に直面し、孤立し続けることができる国家や国はなく、いかなる文明も単独で前進することはできないと指摘している。文明間の相互学習は、人間の文明の進歩と世界平和発展を促進する重要な原動力である。文明間の対話は、多様化した文明間の相互学習の架け橋となるだろう。

山東省党委員会副書記兼山東省長の龔正（Gong Zheng）氏は演説の中で、「第5回Nishan Forumは思考の力を収れんし、統合の力を強化し、文化的コンセンサスに貢献し、文明間の相互学習を促進した」と語った。同氏はまた、山東省は孔子と孟子の生まれ故郷、および儀式の場所として、他者の知恵を引き出し、文化的優位性を十分に発揮し、Nishan Forumのブランドを完全に強化して、世界文明間の相互学習のための高みを創出する、と述べた。同氏はさまざまな文明が各文明の多様性を維持し、交流と相互学習を奨励し、人類共通の未来のコミュニティーを共同で構築することへの期待を表明した。

Scholars from Home and Abroad Reached "Nishan Consensus" to Encourage Mutual Learning Among Civilizations

After holding over 30 "civilization dialogues" on issues at all times and in

all countries, the Fifth Nishan Forum on World Civilizations was concluded on

the afternoon of September 27 in Qufu, Shandong province. The 263 scholars from

over 20 countries and regions reached a consensus that the integration and

mutual learning among civilizations would promote the building of a community

of a shared future for mankind.  

Hosted by the People's Government of Shandong Province, the theme of the Fifth

Nishan Forum was "Integrated Progress, Shared Future: Integration of

Civilizations toward a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind". Parallel to

the main theme were three sub-themes: The Belt and Road Initiative and

Exploration of the Path to a Community of a Shared Future for Mankind,

Responsibility and Duty: Embracing the New Era of Human Civilization, and

Protection of Cultural Heritage and a Community of a Shared Future for Mankind.

On September 27, the Chairman's Declaration on the Integration of Civilizations

toward a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind was presented. The

Declaration, reflecting the consensus of the scholars from home and abroad,

points out that in face of complex world situations and global issues, no

nation or state can stay isolated and no civilization can move forward alone.

Mutual learning among civilizations is an important impetus to promote human

civilization progress and world peace development. Dialogues among

civilizations would serve as a bridge for the mutual learning among diversified

civilizations.    

The vice provincial secretary and the provincial governor of Shandong Gong

Zheng stated in his address that "the Fifth Nishan Forum has converged the

power of thought, enhanced the power of integration, contributed to a cultural

consensus, and promoted the mutual learning among civilizations." He also said

that as the hometown of Confucius and Mencius and a place of ceremonies,

Shandong would draw on the wisdom of others, give full play to its own cultural

advantages, and fully strengthen the brand of Nishan Forum to create a highland

for the mutual learning among world civilizations. He hoped that different

civilizations could maintain the diversity of civilizations and encourage

exchanges and mutual learning to jointly build a community of a shared future

for mankind.
