これまで監視ソリューションには共通規格のプラットフォームがなく、まとまりを欠いていた。そのため、メーカーとソフトウエア開発者は、自分たちのシステムを互いに対応させるのにリソースを費やすことを強いられてきた。この研究開発における損失は、顧客とユーザーのために真の価値を創出するイノベーションを限定的なものにしていた。このアライアンスの設立で、そのような損失は大きく低減し、アライアンスの拡大に合わせてイノベーションも促進される。規模に関係なく、同じ価値を共有する企業がアライアンスに加盟し、考えや専門知識を提供することを歓迎する。

In the past, surveillance solutions were isolated without a common standardized

platform. Manufacturers and software developers therefore were forced to expend

greatly reduced and innovation will be further as the Alliance grows. Companies
