性能添加剤や処理溶液、薬剤、化学中間体のグローバルな開発・生産メーカーであるSI Group（http://www.siigroup.com/ ）は6日、新しい経営チームを発表した。SI Groupは2018年10月15日に、特殊材料と化学製品、薬品分野が専門の民間投資会社であるSK Capital Partners（http://www.skcapitalpartners.com/ ）による買収が完了したが、今回の経営陣刷新はこれを受けて行われた。2013年以来SK Capital Partnersの傘下にある世界有数の特殊添加剤メーカーのAddivantと、SI Groupの合併も、一連の手続きに含まれている。合併新会社はSI Groupブランドの下で営業し、以下の経営チームに率いられる。
