【アーリントン（米バージニア州）2019年5月4日PR Newswire=共同通信JBN】Venture Global LNG, Inc. は4日、米連邦エネルギー規制委員会（FERC）が米ルイジアナ州プラークミンズ郡にある年間2000万トン（20MTPA）のPlaquemines LNG施設に対する最終的な環境影響評価書（EIS）を公表した。FERCは2018年8月31日、Venture Global LNGに対して、遅くとも2019年8月1日までにPlaquemines LNG施設および関連するGator Express Pipelineに対する最終的な注文を発注する計画であると通告していた。このプロジェクトは、2019年末に最終的な投資決定と建設開始に向けてスケジュール通り進んでおり、2023年に商用運用が始まる予定である。

Venture Global LNG Announces Regulatory Milestone for Plaquemines LNG and 20 MTPA Delta LNG Export Project

Venture Global LNG, Inc. announces that the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory

Commission (FERC) has issued the final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for

the company's 20 million tonne per annum (MTPA) Plaquemines LNG facility in

Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana. On August 31, 2018, FERC notified Venture Global

LNG that it plans to issue a Final Order for the Plaquemines LNG facility and

the associated Gator Express Pipeline no later than August 1, 2019. The project

remains on track for a Final Investment Decision and commencement of

construction in late 2019 with full commercial operations expected in 2023.

pre-filing request for its 20 MTPA Delta LNG project, on the Mississippi River

south of New Orleans, and associated Delta Express pipeline.
