グッドマンビジネスパークにGoogleが新たなデータセンターを開設

インダストリアル不動産の所有＋開発＋管理ビジネスをグローバルに展開するグッドマングループは、このたび、千葉県で現在開発中のグッドマンビジネスパーク内における一部の土地を、Googleに譲渡する契約を締結したことをお知らせいたします。

千葉ニュータウンに位置するグッドマンビジネスパークは、都心へのアクセス性に優れ、充実した電力インフラを備えています。また、地盤の強固な内陸の高台に位置しており、地震や水害のリスクが少ない、優れたBCP機能が特長です。Googleは同パーク内に国内初のデータセンターを建設する計画です。

Goodman welcomes Google to Goodman Business Park

an agreement with Google to purchase land at Goodman Business Park in Greater Tokyo.

Located in Chiba New Town, Goodman Business Park provides excellent

connectivity to Greater Tokyo, superior power infrastructure, and outstanding

business continuity features including its location in a seismically stable inland

region outside of flooding zones. Google plans to build a data center at

Goodman Business Park, its first in Japan.
