温世仁文教基金会が新たな人材育成の時代を開始

温世仁文教基金会（Sayling Wen Cultural & Educational Foundation）は、未来社会に人材を提供するという同基金会のビジョンに合わせ、未来の人材育成の詳細な計画であるTalentNXTを正式に開始した。手始めに、NXTEducatorプログラムがフィンランドを拠点とする非営利組織のHundrEDと共同で開発された。このプログラムは、世界中の中国語話者のK12（幼稚園から高校までの教育期間）教育者に重点を置き、教育者がグローバルなプラットフォームで輝ける革新的な教育事例を見いだすことを狙いとする。NXTEducatorは2019年6月30日まで応募を受け付け中で、最終選抜候補者リストは2019年10月30日より前に発表される。

Sayling Wen Cultural & Educational Foundation Initiates the New Talent Cultivation Era

NXTEducator launched in collaboration with HundrED for K12 educators from

around the world

The Sayling Wen Cultural & Educational Foundation officially launched TalentNXT

-- it's the future talent development blueprint -- to meet the Foundation's vision

to provide talents for future society. As a start, the NXTEducator program was

developed in cooperation with HundrED, a Finnish-based not-for-profit organization.

The program focuses on Chinese speaking K12 Educators from around the world

and aims to discover innovative education cases that allow educators to shine on

a global platform. NXTEducator will be accepting applications until June 30th, 2019,

with the shortlist being announced before October 30th, 2019.

Teresa Lin, CEO of Sayling Wen Cultural & Educational Foundation, expressed

The six indicators of 'FIT+HUG' is based on results derived from academic research,
