世界市場でオイル＆ガス事業を強化

テラドローン株式会社(東京都渋谷区、代表取締役/徳重 徹、以下テラドローン)は、オランダのドローン点検サービスを提供するRoNik Inspectioneering B.V.（オランダ、以下RoNik）への出資を完了させ、同社はTerra Inspectioneeringに社名を変更しました。

今回テラドローンと現地法人を設立したRoNikは、板厚検査を含むオイル＆ガス系貯蔵タンクの点検・メンテナンスを中心としたサービスを長年提供してきており、欧州の大手オイル＆ガス会社を中心に200件以上の実績があります。（検査工程についての動画はこちら：https://vimeo.com/290357142 ）さらにドローンだけでなく、地上や水上用検査ロボットを使用し、幅広い顧客のニーズに応えてきました。今年４月には、オランダのアムステルダムで行われたコンテストThe Drone Hero Europe 2019（https://www.dronecommunity.biz/winners-drone-hero-europe-contest-2019/ ）で、欧州でトップのドローン企業に選ばれています。

同社のドローンをタンク点検に活用することで、従来、高所での作業に必要とされていた仮設足場の組み立てや撤去にかかる時間を削減、更には検査期間が40から60%短縮されることから、人件費の削減、検査中の施設稼働停止による損失の削減が実現できます。

使用する機体の重量は、安全飛行のために約2.5 kg。オランダの特許を取得した、接触触媒（カプラント）ディスペンサーが搭載されており、飛行中でも探触子にカプラントの供給が可能であるため、効率的に検査を進めることができます。また、3つの高精度カメラが搭載されており、飛行中のドローンからの映像、またUTグラフを地上から即時的に確認することができます。成果物として、API-653やEEMUA 159などの規格に準拠した点検レポートや、クラウドサービスを通した3Dモデル点検データの提供も行っています。

Terra Drone invests in RoNik Inspectioneering to grow confined space inspection portfolio in the process industry

-The new joint venture, Terra Inspectioneering, will focus on the oil and gas

sector across the globe

Terra Drone Corporation, one of largest providers of industrial drone solutions

in the world, is announcing the completion of its investment in RoNik

Inspectioneering, a leading Dutch company that performs visual and ultrasonic

inspections using wireless robotics. With this investment, RoNik

Inspectioneering becomes a part of the Terra Drone group and gets renamed as

Terra Inspectioneering. The company will focus on the inspection of industrial,

hazardous, and enclosed spaces, such as storage tanks, boilers, super heaters,

furnaces, stacks, pipelines and more.

RoNik comes with a long history of providing inspection services to oil and

gas, petrochemical, and food and beverage companies in Europe. It has performed

more than 200 inspections till date and counts global major oil and gas

2019 contest which was organized by the European UAV Knowledge Area (EUKA).

Terra Drone is known to invest in technology companies that offer

technology which makes ultrasonic thickness testing at hard-to-reach indoor

UT drones is shared in the form of innovative cloud-based 3D models. These
