Thanko Inc., to start selling “Neck Cooler Evo” at Amazon.com for US market. Thanko Inc., known as Japan's gadget king, a leading provider of unique and useful products, step into US market.

Neck Cooler Evo is a wearable cooler that can be used by wrapping it around the neck.

Thanko’s previous version neck cooler, Neck Cooler Neo, has been well accepted by customers.

At the same time, we have received ideas and opinions on the model from the users for improvements. We have developed more advanced new model, Neck Coller Evo, to reflect such ideas and opinions.

When it is set on the neck, the plate cools in just about 2 seconds after the power on. The cooling system uses the same Peltier cooling system as a small refrigerator. Level of coolness can be switched between strong mode, weak mode, and fluctuate mode which automatically repeats strong and weak. The cooling plate temperature can be cooled down by about 15 degrees Celsius in strong mode and 10 degrees Celsius in weak mode, from the outside temperature.

It comes with a dedicated battery that can be attached to the unit, for cableless use. The dedicated battery lasts for about 1.5 hour in strong mode and about 2 hours in weak mode.

A mobile battery can be used as well. Just plug in the USB cable included in the package to the unit and a mobile battery, and time of use can be extended to about 10 hours in strong mode, and about 12 hours in weak mode, when fully charged 10000mA type mobile battery is used. To charge the dedicated battery, simply plug in the USB cable while it is attached to the unit.

Neck size of the unit can be adjusted to fit perfectly for any person. Lightweight of about 200g makes it comfortable to wear for a long time. It can be folded to make it compact to carry easily, in your pocket or bag, when not in use. Available in two colors, black and white.
