        Sally Tilleray (Withey) brings longstanding international, commercial

and agency experience

appointed Sally Tilleray as non-executive Chairman and member of the Board. A

highly experienced marketing services agency executive, Sally was previously

the Group Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director at Huntsworth plc. Based

in London, Sally will work with Cognito's board and management in New York,

London and Singapore.
