【上海２日PRN＝共同JBN】人材管理ソリューションの世界大手プロバイダーであるコーン・フェリー・インターナショナル（Korn/Ferry International）（NYSE:KFY）は、上海にある同社の中国向けグローバル・コンシューマー・マーケット業務の上級クライアント・パートナー兼責任者にエマニュエル・エメルル氏を迎え、中国クライアント・サービス能力を強化した。

エメルル氏は同社役員会およびCEO（最高経営責任者）サービス業務のメンバーにもなり、取締役とCEOのサーチ、役員会の効率、CEO継承計画、執行能力評価などの領域でコーン・フェリーのクライアントを助ける。

エメルル氏は中国での生活、勤務で１２年を過ごした。コーン・フェリー入社前はハイドリック・アンド・ストラグルズのパートナーで、消費者・産業業務および小売り、ファッション、ぜいたく品、ホスピタリティー、自動車などの産業分野、さらには機器、プロセス業界を専門にしていた。

エメルル氏はパリのシアンス・ポ（パリ政治学院）で経済、財政の修士号、ノースウェスタン大学ケロッグ経営大学院でMBA、北京大学で中国語と中国文化の学位を得ている。中国語（北京語）、フランス語、英語と同氏の母国語であるスペイン語など数カ国語に堪能である。

Emmanuel Hemmerle Joins Korn/Ferry International's Global Consumer Market

    Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent

management solutions, has strengthened its China client service capabilities

with the addition of Emmanuel Hemmerle to the Firm as Senior Client Partner and

head of its Global Consumer Market for China, based in Shanghai.

    Mr. Hemmerle will also be a member of the Firm's Board & CEO Services

Practice, assisting Korn/Ferry clients in areas such as board director and CEO

searches, board effectiveness, and CEO succession planning and executive

assessments.

    Mr. Hemmerle has spent the last twelve years living and working in China.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Hemmerle was a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles

where he specialized in the Consumer and Industrial practices and industry

segments such as retail, fashion, luxury goods, hospitality, automotive, as

well as equipment and process industries.

    Prior to executive search, Mr. Hemmerle was a retail pharmacy unit director

at Zuellig Pharma China and has led distribution and retail businesses in

Beijing and Shanghai. He also spent seven years with Michelin, where his last

role was chief representative and general manager of Michelin's Chile and

Bolivia subsidiary.

    Mr. Hemmerle holds a Master's degree in Economics and Finance from

Sciences-Po in Paris, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management,

Northwestern University, and a diploma in Chinese language and civilizations

from Peking University. He is fluent in several languages, including Mandarin,

English, French, and his native tongue, Spanish.
