【ムンバイ（インド）、バーリントン（マサチューセッツ州）１６日PRN＝共同JBN】イノベーションを推進する企業であるピラマル・ヘルスケア社（Piramal Healthcare Limited、NSE: PIREHEALTH、BSE:500302）はこのほど、米国に本拠を置くヘルスケア情報セグメントのデシジョン・リソーシズ・グループ（Decision Resources Group、DRG）を約６億３５００万米ドル（３４００億インドルピー）で買収した。

デシジョン・リソーシズ・グループはウェブサイトを利用して、良質な研究、同社データベースによる予測分析、およびコンサルティング・サービスを世界中のヘルスケア業界に提供している。同社は過去５年間にわたり２０％の年間成長率（CAGR）を維持し、５７億米ドル市場価値がある世界ヘルスケア情報産業で急成長する企業の一つである。同社は２０１２年には１６００億米ドルの売上を見込んでいる。世界のトップ製薬企業５０社のうち４８社は同社の顧客であり、全体の顧客維持率は９５％に上っている。

expected to close by the June 30, 2012, subject to customary regulatory

approvals and closing conditions.
