◎cTrader（Spotware）がISAE 3402 Type I監査を完了

【ロンドン2012年6月23日PRN＝共同JBN】ロンドンを本拠とする金融テクノロジー企業であるcTrader（http://www.spotware.com）（別名Spotware）はこのほど、ISAE 3402 Type I監査の最終報告書を受領したと発表した。ISAE 3402 Type Iはベストプラクティス基準報告書あるいはサービス企業のコントロールに関する保証報告書である。

cTraderは安全および品質保証に関して的確に重点を置いており、同社のコントロールを完了し、堅ろうなFX STPソリューションのリーダーとしての地位をより強固にするため内部コントロールの完成および方策を整備していく。

ISAE（旧SAS 70）Type I報告書は、プロセス環境のコントロールの完全性について、「合理的保証」水準を実証し、コントロールを強力に実践している企業に付与される。

同報告書は、業務を処理する際に実行する恒久的なコントロール・プロセス、その目的、その手順を記述、規定している。Deloitteのガイダンスに基づき作成されたISAE 3402 Type Iはまた、システムのコントロールが適切に設計、実装されていることについても見解を示す。

received a final report on its ISAE 3402 Type I audit, the best-practice

standards report or assurance reporting on controls at a service organization.

     With an unerring focus on safety and quality assurance, cTrader has

completed an audit of its controls, putting in place mature internal controls
