◎JinkoSolarのソーラーモジュールが食塩水噴霧腐食試験もパス

【上海2012年7月18日PRN＝共同JBN】太陽光発電製品メーカーの世界大手である中国のJinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd.（JinkoSolar、晶科能源）は業界をリードする同社ソーラーモジュールについて、全製品ラインが国際電気標準会議（IEC）の「61701基準」に準拠した食塩水を噴霧する腐食試験をパスしたと発表した。これは国際的調査企業TUV Rhinlandによって行われた2回目の試験成功であり、極めて厳しい環境の下でこのソーラーモジュールが強力な耐久性を持っていることを示している。

食塩水噴霧による腐食に耐えることは、塩気を含む湿気と雨が存在する海岸線で要求通りの太陽光発電を生み出すための要である。塩分の多い環境はフレーム、ジャンクションボックス、表面ガラスなどのソーラーモジュールの主要部品に悪影響を与え、性能を低下させ、モジュールの寿命を縮める。実際の厳しい条件下の環境を再現するため、JinkoSolarのモジュールは8回のテストサイクルで56日間行われた。ソーラーモジュールはそれぞれ2時間塩水を噴霧され、その後気温セ氏40度、湿度93%の環境に20時間置かれた。

JinkoSolarのソーラーモジュールは今年3月、TUV Rheinlanによる耐アンモニア腐食試験を成功裏にパスした。この試験は、畜産場のような農業地帯での劣化に対する耐久性を調べる主要な指標である。同社のソーラーモジュールは常に、PHOTONラボによる屋外試験でユニット当たり最高の発電量を生み出している。

    Satisfactory results showcase solar module durability in coastal weather

conditions

    JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. ("JinkoSolar" or the "Company") (NYSE: JKS),

one of the world's leading global solar power product manufacturers, announced

its complete line of industry leading solar modules has passed the salt mist

corrosion test in accordance with International Electrotechnical Commission

(IEC)61701 standards. This is the second successful test performed by

international research firm TUV Rheinland, indicating strong module durability

for harsh environmental conditions.

    Resistance to salt mist corrosion is key to an adequate solar power yield

in coastal regions where salt-laden humidity and rain persist. Salty conditions

adversely affect key module components: frames, junction boxes and glass

surfaces- reducing performance and shortening module lifetime. To replicate

real-world, harsh conditions, JinkoSolar's modules underwent 56 days of eight

test cycles. Each was sprayed with salt water for two hours then stored at 40

degrees Celsius and 93% humidity for 20 hours.

    This March, JinkoSolar's modules successfully passed TUV Rheinland ammonia

corrosion tests, a key indicator of resistance to degradation in agricultural

areas such as livestock farms. The company's solar modules consistently

achieved the highest unit power yield in PHOTON Laboratory's outdoor field

tests.
