◎ブラジルのコンセプト社を買収　　リロケーション企業の米シルバ

【シカゴ１５日PRN＝共同JBN】世界的な移転・引っ越しサービス企業であるシルバ・ワールドワイド社（SIRVA Worldwide, Inc.）は、ブラジルの移転・引っ越し管理会社であるコンセプト・モビリティ・サービシズ（本社；サンパウロ）を買収した。

事業は今後シルバ・リロケーション（SIRVA Relocation）の名で行われ、ブラジル国内だけでなく、ブラジルへ、あるいはブラジルから従業員を引っ越しさせるクライアントについて、最終移転先の決定からビザ・入国関係手続き、家財の輸送、家族の面倒まで、顧客に対して国内および国外へのあらゆるリロケーション・サービスを提供する。

シルバ社のグローバル・リロケーション・サービシズ部門プレジデントであるデビー・バリ氏は「南米は当社の顧客にとって戦略的な市場となりつつある。この市場拡大によってわれわれの世界的事業範囲も拡大し、この地域で顧客に対してブラジル国内の当社の資源を提供できるようになった。今回の株式取得は、世界各地の重要市場で直接サービスを顧客に届けるとの当社目標に沿うものであり、顧客の引っ越し経験を豊かにするものだ」と語った。

SIRVA Acquires South American-Based Relocation Company

    SIRVA Worldwide, Inc., a leading global relocation and moving services

provider, has acquired Concept Mobility Services, a Sao Paulo, Brazil-based

relocation and move management company.

    The business will now operate as SIRVA Relocation, and will provide a full

menu of domestic and international relocation services, including destination

orientation, visa and immigration, household goods moving, and family services

to clients moving employees to, from and within Brazil.
