【香港2012年8月28日PRN＝共同JBN】コーン・フェリー社（Korn/Ferry NYSE: KFY）の子会社、フューチャーステップ（Futurestep）は28日、同社の大中華圏のマネジングディレクターにチョン・ウン（Chong Ng）氏が任命されたと発表した。

チョン・ウン氏は2011年8月、事業開発部長 （Business Development Director）としてフューチャーステップに入社、これまでに会社の採用代行業務（RPO）部門の発展を成功させるとともに、アジア全域におけるゴートゥーマーケット（市場参入）戦略を充実させてきた。今後、同氏は現在の拠点である香港に加え、上海、北京におけるフューチャーステップの業務に時間を割くことになる。

フューチャーステップ（アジア）のマネジングディレクターであるジェームズ・メンデス氏は「当社が大中華圏での事業を引き続き成長させていくにあたり、チョン・ウン氏の豊富な経験は彼の域内市場についての知見と相まって、当社ビジネスにとっての重要な財産になるだろう」と語った。

チョン・ウン氏はフューチャーステップに入社する前、アジア全域の顧客に対してアウトソーシングとITコンサルティング・アドバイザリーに関する代行サービスを提供するVantage Limitedの創業者でマネジングディレクターを務めた。ウン氏はアジア太平洋地域の13カ国での営業活動を指揮したという経営幹部としての幅の広い経験とアウトソーシングについて専門知識を持っており、さらに、米システム・コンサルティング企業、EDSの社員としてアジア地域と米国で22年間働き、重要な市場における大口のアウトソーシング契約交渉で有能さを示した。ウン氏は米インディアナ州のウォバッシュ大学で歴史学、宗教学を学び、ボール州立大学で金融を専門とする経営学修士号を取得している。

Futurestep Appoints Chong Ng as Managing Director, Greater China

    Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry company (NYSE: KFY), today announced that Chong Ng

has been appointed Managing Director, Greater China at Futurestep.

    Mr. Ng joined Futurestep in August 2011 as Business Development Director

for the Asia region and has been successfully growing the company's RPO

(Recruitment Process Outsourcing) business and enhancing Futurestep's

go-to-market strategy across Asia. He will split his time between Futurestep's

operations in Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong, where he is currently based.

    "As we continue to grow our Greater China business, Chong's wealth of

experience coupled with his considerable local market knowledge will be a

significant asset to our business," said James Mendes, Managing Director, Asia

at Futurestep.

expertise having led a sales practice across thirteen countries in Asia

Pacific, and notably negotiated significant outsourcing contracts in major

markets during his 22 years with EDS in Asia and in the US. Mr. Ng has an MBA

(Finance) from Ball State University in Indiana and a BA (History & Religion)

from Wabash College in Indiana.
