Gartner released their new Magic Quadrant on Intelligent Business Process

Management Suites in September. Lead analysts of this new MQ were Jim Sinur,

Janelle Hill, Roy Schulte and Teresa Jones. The basis of the evaluation is a

comprehensive analysis of the software. In addition, customers are asked to

rate vendors' products and services.
