Stairs Villa Hotelは16日、限定１２戸のヴィラの販売を開始する、と公式に発表した。物件はセレブご用達のデザイナーフィリップ・スタークが1戸ごとに構想した今回の売り出し物件は活気に満ちたバリ島の南海岸に位置している。

Stairsのヴィラは印象深いラグジュアリーなライフスタイル物件だ。カフェ・パティスリー、レストラン、バーラウンジ、ブティック、中2階のライブラリー、特徴的なスパ、スポーツ運動施設を配置し、インティメートなワンベッドルーム・ロフト・プール・ヴィラ12戸が取り囲んでいる。完成予定は2014年。

株式非公開の民間投資・開発・接客マネジメント企業であるDeCiazini Groupのプレジデント・ディレクター、ニコラス・パンツァニ氏は「われわれはバリ島ではまだ構想されていない、新しいラグジュアリー・ライフスタイル・プロジェクトを創出したいと思っていた。都会の騒音を含めた、われわれ自身の解釈になる居住者コミュニティー作りだ。われわれのビジョンを実現するのを助けてくれる１人としてたちまちフィリップ・スタークが頭に浮かんだ」と語った。
