Silent Circle（https://www.silentcircle.com/ ）は6日、同日付けでF・ウィリアム・“ビル”コナー（F.William “Bill” Conner）氏が最高経営責任者（CEO）に就任し、Blackphone（https://blackphone.ch/ ）の取締役会のメンバーの一員になったと発表した。

コナー氏はセキュリティー、通信、社会基盤産業で最も経験豊富な幹部であり、同業界で30年以上の経験を積んでいる。Silent Circleに入社する前はFWC Consulting （https://www.fwcconsulting.com/ ）の創業者兼CEOを務め、サイバーセキュリティー、SaaS、データネットワーク、M&A、マーケティングおよびセールス部門で自身の専門能力を生かして企業を支援してきた。
