Winona CapitalとDionoの両社は9日、本拠をシカゴに置く非公開投資会社Winona Capitalが安全で革新的な高品質幼児向け製品で業界をリードするDionoに対して支配権を握る戦略的な投資を行ったと発表した。今回の新たな提携によってDionoは業界の安全基準になった新製品開発および革新を引き続き行うことが可能になる。
