Tornadoの新しいHyperFlux P.R.O. Plusはラマン分光法のパワーを使ったプロセス測定で何が可能かを再定義する。この新たに再設計された高分解能バーチャルスリット（High Throughput Virtual Slit、HTVS）は在来型の設計より桁違いに分光処理能力を高め、すぐれた陽子管理を提供する。これによって感度の向上でプロセス測定をより容易に実行することが可能になり、必要な場合はより低出力のレーザーでサンプルの保存ができる。HyperFlux P.R.O. Plusは最大の感度が不可欠な場合にATEXの必要条件を満たす。
