【モントリオール2015年6月29日PRN=共同通信JBN】LOGOS China Investments Limited （以下子会社LOGOS China Groupを含めてLOGOS China）は29日、Ivanhoe Cambridge およびCBRE Global Investment PartnersがLOGOS China Logistics Club（LCLC）に投資することを約束したと発表した。
LCLCの投資部門はLOGOS China Groupの役員によって経営される。このベンチャー企業は、中国の諸都市、特に上海にサービスを提供する主要ハブに所在する高品質の現代的ロジスティクス資産を所有、開発する戦略の下で設立された。確保された投資コミットメントによって、LCLCは最高4億ドルまで投資が可能になる。
LOGOS共同創業者でマネジングディレクターのジョン・マーシュ氏は「これは中国におけるLOGOSの成長のすばらしい新たな1歩である。新しいパートナーとともに、LOGOSは中国における既存の特殊なロジスティクス不動産基盤をさらに拡大し、新しい開発・投資の機会となる大幅なパイプラインで利益を上げたい」と語った。

Macquarie Capital （Australia）Limitedと子会社は、今回の取引に当たってLOGOS China Groupの財務アドバイザー、LCLC資金調達の唯一の主幹事、アレンジャーを務めた。

LOGOS Closes Joint Venture with CBRE Global Investment Partners and Ivanhoe Cambridge

LOGOS China Investments Limited ("LOGOS China", together with its subsidiaries,
"LOGOS China Group") is pleased to announce that Ivanhoe Cambridge and CBRE
Global Investment Partners have committed to investing in the LOGOS China
Logistics Club ("LCLC").
The LCLC investment vehicle is managed by a member of the LOGOS China Group.
The venture was formed with the strategy of owning and developing high-quality
modern logistics properties located in key hubs serving large Chinese cities,
particularly Shanghai. The commitments secured will allow LCLC to make
investments that could total up to US$400M.
