韓国オンライン・ショップ6万店がUnionPay（銀聯）カード利用金額の5%をキャッシュバック

【上海（中国）2015年7月29日新華社=共同通信JBN】銀聯国際（UnionPay International）は28日、約6万店の韓国オンライン・ショップがUnionPay（銀聯）カード（62で始まるカード番号）を使ったショッピング金額の5%をキャッシュバックすることになった、と発表した。今回のマーケティング・イベントは韓国以外で発行されたすべてのUnionPay（銀聯）カードに適用され、UnionPay（銀聯）オンライン決済を扱う韓国のオンライン・ショップのほとんどすべてが該当する。この中には化粧品、衣料、食品、食料雑貨、マタニティー・ベビー用品を専門とする有名オンライン・ショップも含まれている。

韓国観光公社（KNTO）によれば、今年6月の韓国への観光客数は前年同期比で53%減少している。しかし、銀聯国際（UnionPay International）が発表した最新データによれば、中国大陸、香港、マカオのUnionPay（銀聯）カード保有者の韓国製品に対する興味は依然として強いことが分かった。今年前半では、海外配送サービスを提供する韓国オンライン・ショップの取扱量は、消費者が韓国国内で購入品を受け取る必要がある免税店を除き、50%を超える伸びを示した。特に、韓国最大のオンライン市場「Gmarket」やオンライン・ブティック「STYLENANDA」はUnionPay（銀聯）の国境を越えたモバイル決済が可能になった後は、成長に強力なはずみがついている。

強い需要に応えようと、銀聯国際（UnionPay International）はすべての現地加盟社およびパートナーと手を組み、2つの特別提供を開始した。UnionPay（銀聯）カードを使ったオンライン決済を扱うオンライン・ショップは、lotte.comやhmall.com、その他いくつかの免税店を除き、現在UnionPay（銀聯）オンライン決済金額の5%を現金で払い戻している。カード1枚あたりの払い戻し金額は月額1万ウォンの上限がある。Gmarket、OKDGG、人気ショーを扱うオンライン・チケット発行サイトなどを含むオンライン業者のほとんどは中国語、英語の言語サポートや海外発送サービスを提供する。さらに、新世界免税店、新羅免税店、アシアナ航空免税サービスはUnionPay（銀聯）カードの決済に対して特別割引やポイントを提供する。

UnionPay（銀聯）の国境を越えたショッピングでは、オンライン決済取引の安全性が確保されている。UnionPay（銀聯）オンラインの決済システムは独自の知的所有権によって構築されたインターネット・セキュリティーシステムを使っており、ユーザーにパスワードによる安全保護制御、ダイナミックSMSパスワード、情報セキュリティー暗号化伝送、その他の安全処置を提供し、安全なオンライン・ショッピング経験を保障する。

5% Cash Rebate for UnionPay Transactions at 60 Thousand Online Retailers in South Korea

UnionPay International announced on July 28, that about 60,000 online merchants

in South Korea now offer exclusive 5% cash rebate upon purchases made with

UnionPay cards (with card number starting with 62). The marketing event applies

to all UnionPay cards issued outside South Korea, and covers almost all Korean

online merchants accepting UnionPay online payment, including various

well-known online retailers specializes in cosmetics, garment, food, groceries,

mother and baby products.

According to KNTO, the number of tourists to South Korea in June decreased by

53% year-on-year. However, the latest data issued by UnionPay International

indicates that interests in Korean goods from UnionPay cardholders in Mainland

China, Hong Kong and Macao remain strong. In the first half of this year, the

trade volume of Korean online merchants offering overseas delivery services

increased by more than 50%, excluding duty-free online merchants which require

consumers to pick up purchased items personally in South Korea. In particular,

G-market, the largest online marketplace in South Korea and STYLENANDA, an

online boutique have seen strong growth momentum after enabling UnionPay

cross-border mobile payment.

In order to meet the strong demands, UnionPay International has joined hands

with all local gateways and partners to roll out two special offers. All online

merchants accepting UnionPay online payment (except for lotte.com and hmall.com

and some duty-free stores) now offer 5% cash rebate for UnionPay transactions

with a maximum of 10,000 won per card per month. Most of such merchants,

including G-market, okdgg and online ticketing sites for popular shows offer

Chinese/English interface and overseas delivery service. In addition to that,

SHINSEGAE Duty Free, SHILLA Duty Free and Asiana Duty Free offer special

discounts and points upon payment with UnionPay cards.
