Chipworksのテリー・ラドロー創設者兼チーフエグゼクティブ、ジュリア・エルビッジ社長は合併後のTechInsightsおよびChipworksで上級職に就き、両氏ともTechInsightsのジョン・デイ最高経営責任者（CEO）に直属する。

creating a global leader in advanced technology intelligence and technology

Ownership interests are being pooled and the new company, operating under the

TechInsights name, offers:

especially, of integrated circuits at micro level of detail;

and equipped with patented techniques and sophisticated instruments capable of
