器質的心疾患を治療するインプラントの有力イノベーターであるOcclutechは2日、同社の左心耳（LAA）治療用オクルーダーがCEマーク（European CE Mark）を取得したと発表した。この機器はLAAの低侵襲閉鎖のために特別に設計されたインプラントである。この施術は心房細動にかかった患者が心臓発作に襲われるリスクを最小限に抑えるものである。

Occlutech Obtains European CE Mark Approval for its LAA Occluder

     Occlutech, a leading innovator of implants to treat structural heart

disease, today announced that it has obtained European CE Mark approval for its

Left Atrial Appendix, (LAA), occluder. The device is a specifically designed

implant for the minimally invasive closure of the LAA, a procedure that

minimizes the risk of strokes in patients suffering from atrial fibrillation.
