- APPOINTMENT OF INDUSTRY VETERAN AS EUROPEAN HEAD

Trade Finance Solutions ("TFS" or the "Company"), the international provider of

Europe by opening its U.K. headquarters in the City of London. The Company has

acquired a highly experienced team of lenders, headed by structured and

corporate finance expert Chris Ash, who will assume the role of President of

TFS Europe and head of the London office.
