グランド・パリ・エクスプレスの新地下鉄路線契約：Societe Du Grand Paris、世界のトップ企業に入札募集への対応を要請

Societe du Grand Parisは、いくつかの既存路線を延長し、パリを取り囲む新しい4線（15号線、16号線、17号線、18号線）からなる完全自動化地下鉄システムを建設します。投資額250億、全長200キロメートルのこのプロジェクトは、パリでは前例のない規模となります。

昨年、15号南線に対して8つの土木工学合意が開始されました。2日前には、Societe du Grand Parisは16号線に関する土木工学・システムの公共事業契約の割り当てに関する戦略を明らかにしました。投資の重要性を強調し、Societe du Grand Parisは国内外のコンソーシアムに対して入札募集に対応するよう要請しました。

全長28キロメートルの16号線は、イル＝ド＝フランス地域圏東部へのアクセスを簡単にし、10か所の新しい駅が設置されます。100億ユーロが、15号線と16号線の建設に投資されます。2016年末までに、30億ユーロ近くの契約が落札される予定です。

16号線に関する3つの契約：

・ロット１：ボーリングマシン使用トンネル用土木工学作業、トレンチ、駅、ドラム缶作業、15号線・16号線・17号線（3300P）の接続のための付属作業、オルネー保守場所、鉄道線路、カテナリー式架線、金属加工（2016年9月末に入札募集、2018年初めに落札予定）

・ロット2：ボーリングマシン使用トンネル用土木工学作業、駅、ドラム缶作業、オルネー保守場所と付属地点0603Pを接続するための付属作業（2016年6月末に入札募集）

・ロット3：ボーリングマシン使用トンネル用土木工学作業、駅、地点0603P（除外）とNoisy-Champs駅裏手（除外）の間の付属作業（2016年末に入札募集）

ロット2と3は2017年末に落札予定です。

Contracts for a New Metro Line of the Grand Paris Express: The Societe Du Grand Paris Invites the Best International Companies to Respond to its Call for Tenders

    The Societe du Grand Paris is building a fully automated metro system,

consisting in an addition of four lines (L15, 16, 17, 18) which will encircle

Paris, while extending a few of the existing lines. 200km long, an investment

of EUR25 billion, the project is of unprecedented scale for the capital city.

    Last year, eight civil engineering agreements were launched for Line 15

South. Two days ago, the Societe du Grand Paris exposed its strategy for the

allocation of civil engineering and systems public works contracts for Line 16.

Highlighting the importance of investments, the Societe du Grand Paris invited

both French and international consortia to respond to its calls for tenders.

    The 28km long  Line 16 will ease the access to eastern Ile-de-France and

serve ten new railway stations. EUR10 billion are being invested in the

construction of both line 15 and 16. By the end of 2016, close to EUR3 billion

in contracts will have been awarded.

    "Our aim is both to consolidate the international scope of the Grand Paris

Express and to optimize the schedule of completion by benefiting from a host of

expertise and know-how. This is also why we have chosen to offer contracts

combining civil engineering and system infrastructure works. This innovation

will save several months in the final stages of the construction of the

network".

    Three contracts extended for Line 16:

    - Lot 1 - Civil engineering works for tunnels using boring machines,

trenches, stations, drumming works and annexed works for the connection of

lines 15, 16, and 17 (3300P) and the Aulnay maintenance site and railway line,

catenary and metal works (calls for tenders at the end of September 2016, award

planned at the start of 2018);

    - Lot 2 - Civil engineering works for tunnels using boring machines,

stations, drumming works and annexed works for the connection of the Aulnay

maintenance site to the annexed site 0603P (call for tenders at the end of June

2016);

    - Lot 3 - Civil engineering works for tunnels using boring machines,

stations, and annexed works between the site 0603P (excluded) and the rear of

Noisy-Champs station (excluded) (call for tenders at the end of June 2016).

    Lots 2 and 3 will be awarded at the end of 2017.
