announces its acquisition of Broadstreet Global, a financial services search

and strategic consulting firm based in Sydney, Australia. Broadstreet Global

specializes in search and consulting for investment banking, capital markets,

asset managers, insurers and selective boutiques. Broadstreet Global's founder,
