白書は世界最大手のサプライチェーンを動かす企業トップ24人から集めた実践例を紹介する。こうした業界幹部は今後5年間で企業にとっては、事業サプライチェーンが最も重要な変革になると考える。調査は顧客に集中して需要を最大化する事業サプライチェーン管理の新しい手法を明らかにする。それは事業の前面に顧客を置いて素早く集中することである。

調査結果によると、事業DSCの改善によって調達費の20%、サプライチェーン費の50%がそれぞれ削減でき、売上高は10%伸びる。この傾向は、従来から利益創出戦略にサプライチェーンを除外する金融サービス業など一部業界も含めて、すべての業界に当てはまる。

The Center for Global Enterprise Releases New Research Suggesting Revenue Growth at the Hand of Improved Digital Supply Chains

    The Digital Supply Chain initiative (DSCi), a new line of research conducted

paper, Digital Supply Chains: A Frontside Flip

prepare for the digital supply chain of the future.

   The paper presents evidence from 24 top executives running the world's

largest supply chains. These industry leaders believe enterprise supply chains

could be the most important transformation for companies over the next five

years.  The research unveils a new approach to enterprise supply chain

management - focus on the customer and maximize demand.  That is, flip the

   The research suggests improved enterprise Digital Supply Chains (DSC) can
