ヒンドゥージャ・グループ（Hinduja Group）のフラッグシップであるアショック・レイランド（Ashok Leyland）は本日、パントナガルの製造施設で栄誉ある2016年度デミング賞を受賞しました。デミング賞は国際的品質賞であり、世界で最も古く有名な品質賞です。同賞は、自社の事業運営で総合的品質管理（TQM：Total Quality Management）を確立した企業に授与されます。アショック・レイランド・パントナガルはトラックとバスの工場では世界で初めて、また日本以外のCVメーカーで唯一、デミング賞を受賞しました。

     The first Commercial Vehicle (CV) manufacturer outside of Japan to win the

prestigious Deming Prize

    Ashok Leyland, flagship of the Hinduja Group, today received the

prestigious 2016 Deming Prize for its Pantnagar manufacturing facility. The

Deming Prize is a global quality award and is the oldest and most widely

recognized quality award in the world. This prize is awarded to companies that

have established Total Quality Management (TQM) in their business operations.

Ashok Leyland Pantnagar has become the first truck and bus plant in the world

and also the only CV manufacturer outside of Japan to win the Deming Prize.

    Receiving the Deming Prize in Japan, Mr. Vinod K. Dasari, Managing
