   -The launch of its new generation seats into the Construction vehicle market

Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CVGI), a leading supplier of

announced today that it will participate in BAUMA China 2016. BAUMA China 2016

is the 8th annual International Trade Fair for Construction Machinery, Building

Material Machines, Mining Machines and Construction Vehicles held in Shanghai,

China from November 22 and 25, 2016.

At the show, CVG will unveil its new generation seats under the KAB Seating

brand, for the Global Construction vehicle market. Today, KAB Seating covers a
