明日の指導者をつくり出す－。これは大企業の支援を受け、経営者トレーニングおよび研究プログラムを追求、コミットすることを決めたLUISSビジネススクールの目標である。GROWは国連、EU、G20がすでに着手し、さらに、社会における女性の役割を重視している共通目標に対し、適切に貢献するというLUISSビジネススクールの意思を表している。

GROWプロジェクトの運営委員会と諮問委員会には、経営者、企業家双方の多彩な関係者が参加しており、Poste Italiane（イタリア郵政公社）のルイザ・トディニ総裁（BOD LUISSメンバー、運営委員長）がコーディネーターを務めている。

ルイザ・トディニ総裁は「企業における女性のリーダーシップ推進は、ジェンダーミックスを通じた平等と社会的一体性の目標追求に加え、とりわけ生産性、成長、ダイナミズムの点で、われわれの経済体制発展への決定的な寄与を意味する」と力説した。

GROWプロジェクトは、現在、学生全体の55%以上を占める女子学生の教育的・専門的発展を支援するため、LUISSビジネススクールが追求すると決めた素晴らしいコミットメントの統合である。

GROWプロジェクトの一環として2016年11月14日、2つのトレーニングコースがスタートした。LUISSビジネススクール、ジョンソン・エンド・ジョンソン、コーン・フェリー・インターナショナルの支援を受けて編成されたMBA向け人材プログラムは、世界中の女性の選抜、トレーニング、ワーキングインプットを含み、企業と提携して用意された個別および計画的なトレーニングコースで構成されている。データガール（Data Girls）は特別修士の女子学生用で、データ管理、デジタル世界のあらゆる機会をつかむことに興味を持つ若い女性をサポートするために編成された。

    Forging tomorrow's leaders. This is LUISS Business School's aim which it

has decided to pursue, committing itself with its executive training and

    Two training courses which are part of Grow Project started on November

14th 2016: talent program dedicated to MBA organized thanks to the support of

LUISS Business School, Johnson &Johnson and Korn Ferry International that

includes selection, training and working input of female talents coming from

all over the world through the participation of individual and structured

training course, organized in partnership with enterprises; and through Data

Girls, dedicated to the female students of the Specialized Masters created to

support young women interested in seizing all the opportunities coming from

data management and from the digital world.
