【ロンドン2017年7月13日PR Newswire＝共同通信JBN】欧州をリードするAlternatives Investment Manager（代替投資運用会社）であるLCM Partnersは13日、相当額の欧州の不良債権（ノンパフォーミング・ローン、NPL）およびリパフォーミング・ローン（RPL）のポートフォリオを取得したと発表した。この画期的な取引により、LCMは英国、ドイツ、イタリア、スペインで発生した40万件を超える担保付および無担保の個人ローン、消費者、自動車、リースおよび中小企業向け各ローンから成る30億ユーロの資産を購入する。

LCM Credit Opportunities III戦略による投資を実施することで、今回の買収のトータルな展開は13億ユーロとなる。195億ユーロのローンバリューを管理するLCM Partnersは、プライベート・デットにおける欧州最大の投資家の1つである。

LCM Partners Acquires EUR3 Billion European NPL Portfolio

    LCM Partners, a leading European Alternatives Investment Manager, today

announced that it has acquired a significant European portfolio of

non-performing and re-performing loans. This landmark deal sees LCM purchase

EUR3 billion of assets, comprising over 400,000 individual loans of secured and

unsecured, consumer, auto, leasing and SME loans which were originated in the

UK, Germany, Italy and Spain.  

    Investing via the LCM Credit Opportunities III strategy this purchase takes

the total deployment to EUR1.3 billion. Managing EUR19.5 billion of loan value,

LCM Partners is one of Europe's largest investors in private debt.
