FMC's Lithium Business to be Named Livent Corporation

FMC Corporation (NYSE: FMC) today announced that it will rebrand its lithium

materials business as Livent Corporation (pronounced lye-vent) following the

previously announced plan to separate FMC Lithium into a publicly traded

company.
