Venture Global LNGがRepsolと年間100万トンのLNG売買契約を締結

【アーリントン（米バージニア州）2018年9月7日PR Newswire＝共同通信JBN】Venture Global LNG, Inc.は、Repsolとの間で、現在米ルイジアナ州キャメロン郡で開発中のVenture Global Calcasieu Pass 液化天然ガス（LNG）輸出施設から年間100万トン（MTPA）のLNGを供給する期間20年の売買契約（SPA）を締結したと発表した。

同契約に基づきRepsolは、最終投資決定およびその他の通常の先例に従い現状では2022年に予定されているVenture Global Calcasieu Pass LNG輸出施設の商業運転開始日から20年間、本船渡し（FOB）ベースでLNGを購入する。

Venture Global LNG enters into LNG Sales and Purchase Agreement with Repsol for 1 Million Tonnes Per Year

Venture Global LNG, Inc. announces that it has entered into a 20-year, binding

Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Repsol for the supply of one million

tonnes per annum (MTPA) of liquefied natural gas from the Venture Global

Calcasieu Pass LNG export facility, currently under development in Cameron

Parish, Louisiana, USA.

Under this agreement, Repsol will purchase LNG on a free on board (FOB) basis

for a 20-year term, starting from the commercial operation date of the Venture

Global Calcasieu Pass LNG export facility, currently expected in 2022 upon

Final Investment Decision and the satisfaction of other customary conditions

precedent.
