Sonata Softwareは6日、オーストラリアのブリスベンに本社を置くScalable Data Systems買収の正式契約に調印したと発表した。Scalable Data Systemsはオーストラリア市場で高く評価されるビジネスソリューションのプロバイダーで25年の歴史を持ち、特にオーストラリアの製造、卸売、流通の業界をリードする顧客に向けてのMicrosoft Dynamics 365 F&Oの提供で確固とした評価を築いている。Scalable Data SystemsはマイクロソフトのGoldとISVのパートナーにふさわしいと正式に認められたことで、同社IP（知的財産）のCommodity Trading「CTRM」はいまや全世界で市場をリードする評価を得ている。
